How do I choose the right size boxing gloves?

It is important that your body weight corresponds to the OZ size of the boxing gloves you choose. Use the table below as a guideline. This is essential for your own safety and that of your training partners.

In doubt between two sizes? Choose the larger size. This way you have enough room for bandages and inner gloves, and you benefit from extra padding for better protection of your knuckles.

How do I choose the right size shin guards?

A) Shin length
Measure from just below the knee to the top of the instep.

B) Foot length
Measure from the instep to the middle of the toes.

In doubt between two sizes? Choose the smaller size, as it fits more snugly and won't restrict your freedom of movement.
Do you have fuller calves? Then we recommend a larger size due to the fit of the closure.

Padding

Padding refers to the amount of foam used across the knuckles. It protects your hands and your training partner. If you suffer from sore knuckles, we recommend opting for thick padding. Beginners should choose average to good padding. When the coloured bar is all the way to the right, the padding is very thick. When it is all the way to the left, the padding is average but still sufficient for effective training.

Fit

The fit of the gloves is important for comfort, and everyone has a personal preference. When the coloured bar is all the way to the left, the gloves are suited for a narrow hand or for those who prefer a snug fit. All the way to the right means the glove fits wide. In our experience, most people find an average fit the most comfortable.

Wrist Support

Many athletes experience wrist discomfort during training. Many brands therefore pay extra attention to reinforcing the wrist area of their gloves. If you have weak wrists, we recommend gloves where the coloured bar is all the way to the right.

Level

For the level rating, our specialists have assessed which target group these gloves are most suited for. When the coloured bar is all the way to the left, the gloves are perfect for beginners. All the way to the right means they are designed for very intensive, advanced use.

Head guard Rumble Junior Camo Black-Pink

The Head guard Rumble Junior Camo Black-Pink is made of high-quality PU.
This head cap can be secured and adjusted with Velcro at the back of the head.
With the Velcro at the back, you can make the size slightly larger or smaller by a few centimeters.

The sport bag Rumble Camo Black-Gold is a super bag for transporting your sports gear.
On both sides of the sports bag, there is a storage pocket for smaller items.

Rumble T-shirt model RTSD-21 Black/Pink splashes

The special print is applied all over the shirt, front and back, and you don't feel a thing, which is typical with printed T-shirts.

That is now a thing of the past. The inside and outside are made of polyester, which enhances the wearing comfort.
These shirts are of excellent quality and the print is very durable. Even after months of having the T-shirt washed weekly, the colors remain vivid.

The T-shirts fit slightly smaller, so it's better to order 1 size larger than you usually have.
