Terms and Conditions Rumble Store New Year's Giveaway

Article 1 – Organization

This giveaway is organized by Rumble Store, trading under the name Rumble Store, hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer.

Article 2 – Participation

2.1 Participation in this giveaway is free and without any purchase obligation. Participation is possible by sharing content or by placing an order during the promotional period.

2.2 The promotion is open to persons aged 16 years or older, residing in the Netherlands or Belgium.

2.3 Each participant may enter the giveaway only once, regardless of the method of participation.

Participation via content

2.4 Participation is possible by submitting or sharing photo and/or video material of your own martial arts training, in which the participant is visibly present.

2.5 Participation via content takes place by:

  • submitting the content by email to info@rumblestore.com, and/or

  • sharing the content via social media (such as Instagram, TikTok or Facebook), where Rumble Store is tagged via @rumblestoreholland and/or #rumblestoreholland is used.

2.6 The submitted content must be created by the participant themselves, may not infringe upon third-party rights and may not be in violation of the law, public decency or public order.

2.7 By participating via content, the participant declares that they have obtained consent from all persons who are recognizably depicted.

Participation via purchase

2.8 Participation is also possible by placing an order at Rumble Store during the New Year's promotion, which runs from 05 January 2026 to 18 January 2026 inclusive.

2.9 Every fully completed order within this period counts as a valid entry into the giveaway.

2.10 Orders that are (partially) cancelled or returned will be excluded from participation.

Article 3 – Promotional Period

3.1 The giveaway runs from 05 January 2026 to 18 January 2026 inclusive.

3.2 Submissions or orders outside this period will not be included in the giveaway.

Article 4 – Selection and Prize

4.1 The winner(s) will be selected randomly or based on creativity and originality by the Organizer from all valid entries.

4.2 The prize consists of €100,- Rumble Store store credit.

4.3 The winner will be notified within 30 days after the end of the promotion via email or social media.

4.4 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

4.5 By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees that their first name and possibly social media account may be announced via the (online) channels of Rumble Store.

Article 5 – Usage Rights and Promotional Use

5.1 By participating via submitting or sharing content, the participant grants Rumble Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited and worldwide right to use the submitted photo and/or video materials for promotional and commercial purposes.

5.2 This use includes, but is not limited to:

  • online and offline advertisements,

  • social media channels,

  • website and webshop,

  • email campaigns,

  • other marketing and communication expressions of Rumble Store.

5.3 Rumble Store reserves the right to edit the submitted material, including adjusting the format, adding text, music, logos or other visual elements.

5.4 The participant waives any right to compensation for the use of the submitted material, other than the prize potentially won.

5.5 The participant indemnifies Rumble Store against third-party claims regarding the use of the submitted content.

Article 6 – Personal Data

6.1 Personal data will be used exclusively for the execution of and communication relating to this giveaway.

6.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the promotion.

6.3 After the promotion ends, personal data will be deleted, unless the participant has given explicit consent for other use.

Article 7 – Exclusion and Misuse

7.1 Rumble Store reserves the right to exclude participants in case of suspected fraud, misuse or actions that are contrary to these terms and conditions.

7.2 Submissions that do not meet these conditions will be excluded from participation.

Article 8 – Liability

8.1 Rumble Store is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from participation in this giveaway or the use of the prize.

8.2 The Organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions or errors with email, web or social media platforms.

Article 9 – Final Provisions

9.1 Rumble Store reserves the right to amend the giveaway and/or these terms and conditions in the interim or to terminate the giveaway early.

9.2 In cases not provided for by these terms and conditions, the Organizer shall decide.

9.3 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
