To determine the correct size/weight of your gloves, you can follow the chart below:

• 38 - 55 kg 10 oz
• 55 - 65 kg 12 oz
• 65 - 85 kg 14 oz
• > 85 kg 16 oz

During competitions, fights are usually conducted with 10 oz gloves. If you want to train heavier and apply more weight to your arms for muscle endurance, take a size up/heavier.
