To determine the right size for you, you can use the following guidelines:

• Children aged 10 to 12 years use 8 OZ or 10 OZ
• Women use 10 OZ or 12 OZ, under 60kg 10 OZ otherwise 12 OZ
• Men use 14 OZ or 16 OZ, under 80kg 14 OZ otherwise 16 OZ
