Rumble Spring for Punching Bag Extra Strong

This EXTRA HEAVY Rumble punching bag spring is suitable for all punching bags, including the 180cm punching bag.

The punching bag spring is ideal for installation between the attachment to the wall or ceiling and the punching bag chain to absorb shocks.
Always use a carabiner to attach the spring to the ceiling plate or wall support, do not attach it directly to the hook/eye but always use a carabiner.

It also acts as a sound dampener since the shocks are absorbed by the Rumble extra heavy punching bag spring rather than being transmitted through screws in the wall.

Recommended for every punching bag to dampen sound.

The punching bag spring is suitable for all punching bags and Aqua bags with a maximum weight of 100 kg.
The spring has a diameter of 4 cm, is 15.5 cm long, and the thickness of the wire is 0.5 cm.
