Placing an order

When you have chosen an item, select the desired size, color and quantity. Then click the button: 'Add to cart'. You will now see an overview of your chosen products, where you can still make changes. After this you can click on checkout and pay.

Modifying an order

Have you already completed and paid for your order, but still want to add or change something? Then contact our customer service as soon as possible. Don't forget to include your order number. Unfortunately, your order may already have been packed or shipped. If this is the case, we can no longer make any changes or additions.

Cancelling an order

To cancel your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. Don't forget to include your order number in your message.

Payment options

In the Rumble Store webshop you can pay in the following ways:

* iDEAL

* PayPal

* Klarna (buy now, pay later)

* Maestro

* Visa/Mastercard

* Rumble Store credit

* Rumble Store Gift Card

Klarna

At checkout you can choose the Klarna option. You only pay once you have received the order. The payment is handled through Klarna. As soon as we ship the order, you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by email. You then have 14 days to pay it. For questions about payment via Klarna, it is best to contact Klarna's customer service.

Gift cards

If you have received a digital gift card from Rumble Store, you can redeem it in store and online. In step 3 when completing your order, choose the payment method: Rumble Store Gift Card. If the full amount cannot be paid with the gift card, you have the option to pay the remainder via another payment method. This can also be another gift card.

If you have received a physical gift card from Rumble Store, you can redeem it in store. If the full amount cannot be paid with the gift card, you have the option to pay the remainder by cash or card. This can also be another gift card.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time

Rumble Store aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. When you click on a product and size, the delivery time is automatically displayed. You will see one of the following options:

• Ordered on business days before 4:30 PM, shipped the same day
• Ordered on business days before 3:30 PM, shipped the same day (large and heavy products)
• Shipped within 1–4 business days
• Shipped within 2–8 business days

Once orders have been handed over to DHL, they are in most cases delivered the next day. You will then receive a track & trace so you can follow your package. Delivery is dependent on DHL, so we cannot guarantee this.

When ordering, you can choose your own delivery address. You can also have your order delivered to a DHL service point or pick it up for free at our store.
