Tips from rumblestore.com

Always use a hand wrap or an inner glove during your training. This hand wrap or inner glove will provide more support for your wrist and knuckles, thus offering more protection. The hand wrap or inner glove is mainly used to absorb sweat that would otherwise have gone into your Rumble Mitt Special Prof. The hand wrap or inner glove can be easily washed.
