How do I choose the right size shin guards?

A) Shin length
Measure from just below the knee to the top of the instep.

B) Foot length
Measure from the instep to the middle of the toes.

Not sure between two sizes? Then choose the smaller size, as it fits better and does not restrict your freedom of movement.
Do you have fuller calves? Then we recommend a larger size due to the fit of the closure.
